Healthy Orange Keto Cake with fresh Orange Pure

  • 380 gr orange purre , home made
  • 243 gr eggs (room temperature)
  • 100 gr sweetener (erythritol ,xyliton or allulose)
  • 188 gr almond meal
  • 5 gr baking powder
  1. Warm up the oven – convention oven 338F (170C); convection oven around 302F (150C)

  2. Prepare round 7inch (18 cm) silicone molds ( I use Silikomart) – place them on baking try

  3. Add eggs to orange puree

  4. Mix the dry ingredients – almond meal, sweetener, baking powder

  5. Add dry ingredients to the egg/orange mixture, blend with emulsion blender

  6. Pour the dough in to silicone molds and bake about– 1h 20 min (baking time in different ovens can be slightly different +/- 20 min) 

  7. Cool the cake completely before removing from silicone mold

  8. Decorate cake with powdered sweetener or eat it just like that. Very great taste addition is Greek yoghurt

  9. You can divide whole cake in 12 portions and freeze it up to 3month
