Wafer Paper 0.32 mm

My favourite choice is to use thinner 0.32 mm wafer paper to create edible wafer flowers. In past years I have chosen to use wafer paper instead of gum paste, is because the flowers are much lighter and not so fragile as gum paste. Storage is also easier as it can stay open for a much longer time, and doesn't drye out.
